We have two licenses available for individuals to access our film: Individual (Home-Use) and Individual Educator. Select “Licensing Options” on any film page and choose “My Personal Use” to view these options in the Customer Type dropdown.
Please note that when you purchase films at the individual price, you are not purchasing the public screening license, so you won’t be able to screen the film(s) in a public place with either license. If you’d like to host a public-facing screening, contact us here for assistance.

Individual (Home-Use)

If you are purchasing the film for your personal collection and you are not using it in a classroom, workshop, or training, we’re happy to offer a Home-Use license for streaming (48-hour access) on the MEF platform or a DVD if applicable.

We also recommend that individuals who wish to purchase our DVDs for home-use contact their local library to request the title. That way, all members of your community can have access to the film too!

To place an order using this license, please navigate to the desired film page and select “Individual (Home-Use)” from the Customer Type options.

Individual Educator

If you are purchasing the film with your personal funds and you are using it in a classroom, workshop, or training, we do offer discounts on educational streaming and DVD formats at our discretion for qualifying individuals.

If you qualify, please select “Individual Educator” from the customer type options.
