Vision

Mission
We empower and support healing and wellbeing through safe spaces, education, outreach and counselling.

Values
Intersectional feminist principles: We center people’s overlapping and interacting social identities to create and provide services that recognize and work to counter power imbalances that exist in concurrent experiences of oppression.
Justice, equity, diversity and inclusion: We prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of their background or identity, are valued and respected. We work to ensure that our services are accessible and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community, recognizing the complexities of individual experiences and striving to eliminate barriers that prevent equal opportunity and access.
Trauma-informed practices: We recognize that trauma is frequently part of people’s stories and take care that our spaces and services are as safe as possible, and not re-traumatizing.
Person-centredand client-led: We believe that individuals are experts in their own lives and use a strengths-based and person-centredapproach, building on what clients know works best for them and responding to people’s individual needs.
Collaboration and partnerships: We intentionally work with other to respond to support individual and community resilience.
