At MEF, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
We want to make it easy. We take pride in the quality of our videos and guarantee 100% satisfaction. We will replace any damaged or defective product for free within 60 days of purchase. If you deem that any video is inappropriate for your classroom or library, we will accept its return for a full refund or credit, if it is shipped back in 100% re-sellable condition within 60 days of purchase. Your only cost is return postage. No authorization from customer service is required when making a return or exchange.

For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 800.897.0089 to request an Expedited Exchange. We’ll place an order for your new film right away. We’ll need to charge you the purchase price, but we’ll waive the shipping and handling charge for the new item. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item.
