If you are interested in purchasing a video but the streaming video clips here on our website are insufficient to make your decision, we can send a full-length DVD preview-only version to you (please contact us if you need a VHS format and note that all new releases will only be available on DVD). These copies are sent free of charge via media mail, which takes approximately 10 days. Orders outside of the North American continent must pre-pay for shipping. You are responsible for shipping the video back to us at the end of your 2-week preview period (indicated by the date on a form enclosed with the videos), regardless of whether you wish to purchase a copy. Previews not returned will be subject to full invoicing. If you wish to purchase the video, you can place an order via postal mail, phone, internet, or fax and we will send you a new copy. Please note that CD-Roms are not available for preview.
